Marica restaurant worked closely with Yelp / Seatme since 2013. Since, the Marica team and I have worked closely with the Yelp Reservations marketing, product management, and project management teams to assist them in improving their online booking platform on both the customer and business facing side. Frequently, I participated at All Hands on Panel explaining the restaurant experience to designers. I often submitted feedback and spoke with engineers to fix bugs, and give UX feedback on what our restaurant and other restaurants were experiencing. Most of the suggestions were directly addressed, corrected, and made throughout the platform. In 2016, I worked again with Yelp this time in conjunction with my MBA classes in marketing, business strategy, social media marketing, and computer science classes. My classmates and I performed extensive market research through interviews, surveys, data gathering; thereafter conducted comparative analysis on restaurant behavior, and restaurant online booking platforms. YR has used our study to make changes
